- Client Responsibility
By participating in our 1:1 journeys or workshops, you acknowledge that physical exercise and breathwork carry inherent risks. You agree that you are in good physical health to participate and that you assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages which you might incur as a result of participating in the program.
- Payment and Refunds
- Service Fees: Fees for the 7-Day Reset, 90-Day Transformation, and Live Workshops must be paid in full prior to the start of the service unless a prior installment plan has been agreed upon.
- Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of 1:1 coaching and the limited capacity of our workshops, all payments are non-refundable. We are committed to your success and expect a similar level of commitment from our clients.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling
For 1:1 sessions, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of that session. We value your time and ask that you respect our professional schedule as well.
- Code of Conduct
We maintain a high standard of professional integrity and mutual respect. We reserve the right to terminate our professional relationship with any client who displays disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, without a refund.
- Intellectual Property
All materials provided during your journey, including custom protocols, guides, and recorded sessions, are the property of Maahinka and are for your personal use only. Distribution or reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited.
